2001 s40 Wiper Fluid Nozzle Replacement

Hey how do I replace the wiper sprayer nozzles on my s40?? One doesn't work at all and the other sprays straight up into the air. Awful. Please help!!

Remove the hose, squeeze tabs underneath, push free. Install new in reverse order.
