I used the Gates TCKWP331 timing belt kit for my 2003 S40. Not sure what the individual part numbers are.

The cam seals:

Front Seals (timing belt side)
Intake: SKF 20014
Exhaust: SKF 17918

Rear Seals
Both use SKF 11809

I bought them from IPW Automotive Warehouse - 303-825-2000 Denver, CO USA. I called their customer support and they took the order, shipping was cheap too. All 4 seals + shipping ran me $36.

You actually only need 1 rear seal, the intake side does not have a seal from the factory. But there is a large plug covering the can hole, and it costs more than a new seal. So I put a seal in it and re-used the plug.

Hey Atch-a-swing - where in canada are you located? I live in Toronto and occasionally head down to the boarder for Volvo parts. I would. E happy to hop you some time if it works out and depending on where you are located.

I also have the cam locking tool which I could loan out if you want to explore that option.
