I have a newly purchased 2002 S40 (1.9L 4cyl Turbo 5A), 95k mi. In the past week, the horn worked 20% of the time. Now it does not work at all. The fuse is fine, but I am not sure what else to check.

Could it be some kind of electrical issue, or might it just be a broken horn?

Can I replace this easily?
