The fuses are intact, and so are the bulbs. But the Tail lights don't work. Brake lights, reverse lights, and turn signals work. Somebody please help!!!

 

wiringdiagrams.com for starters can help give you some ideas on what is in play. Do the front parking lights work? did you probe with a multimeter to see if you have 12V or a clean ground? You may want to pop out the headlight switch and probe for connectivity there as well.
