2004 s40 2.4i srs light reset?
My s40 had its srs light on. I bought a obd2 code reader to check the code. Where is the connection port in my car for this code reader? how to reset the srs light? thx
The port is about where your right knee rests as you sit in the driver's seat. It just above the plastic side panel.
IIRC you cannot reset the light with a normal OBD-II code reader. You can reset it with a DICE device with VIDA software. I just bought a junkyard SRS computer from a 2000 model from the local Pull-A-Part.
