My 2004 S40 has no back lights on the instrument panel. everything works except I can't see the speedometer at night. I was hoping I could just replace a couple bulbs and be done. Can I get a little help if its just that easy or could it be a deeper issue. Thanks

 

is the scroll wheel next to the headlight switch rotated all the way up?
