I bought the car with the radio or cd not working I know worst case it will be $750 at dealer to replace radio but would like some to explore a few options before i head down that road.
Problem:
Radio will not pwr on. The lcd display works and i can change all the car display options (lights, ac/heat, etc). The display wakes up with volvo logo and the all the diplay for the heat/ac work fine. The cd will not accept cds or power up. The radio fuse has visual been checked and did not appear to be burned out and there was power to the fuse box/fuse insert.
