Hi! Seeking help to get my old volvo back on the road...

Arrived one day and the battery was dead, jump started it and still nothing, no crank.

-charged the battery (new one from 2 months)still nothing

The strange thing is that my throttle body keeps humming for hours even with the key out of the ignition and drains my battery...it stays energized and open my throttle plate like a quarter open..the only way it stops is if i unplug the tcm or the ecm relay...

after a few tries with the key i have an ‘immobilizer’ message in the dash.

tried all the fuses, cleaned the connectors at the ecm and the tcm. Im lost don’t know where to go next. Could my tcm be fried? I have 12v and ground going to my tcm..
