Default 2006 s40 no heat

Hello everyone I have a 06 S40 with a 2.4 engine 5 speed. It blows out ice cold air with the heat set all the way up. I have replaced the coolant tank because it had a crack in it. I replaced the blend door motor and checked the door for jams and it was all good. I checked every fuse in the car and they were all good. What am I missing. Do I need to bleed the system more if so is there a bleed screw for this car I did it the old way with the funnel bleeder. Please help me.

I just turned it on this morning and you can put your hand next to the box where the heater core is sitting you can feel the heat. So im thinking that coolant is making it to it. I just dont think the blend door is opening at all again even after i changed the motor for it. What relay controls power to the motor?

have a fully equipped shop do a scan of the ECC computer for any fault codes. What happens when you set the fan on manual - does it force air through the chosen vents? do you hear the fan run up through the speeds? Is the coolant level correct? Typical causes for no heat include bad control module/thermostat, temp sensor, blend door motor, blend door (ie door gets stuck/disconnects from motor), clogged evaporator (blocking airflow to the heater core, clogged heater core. Not sure if the Gen2 S40s have a valve controlling coolant flow to the heater core (older Volvos did not).
