2007 S40 Fuel Pressure Issues
I have a 2007 s40 that takes forever to start. I read that it may be the fuel pressure regulator. I tested the fuel pressure at idle and at 2500 RPMs and it is 61PSI at both RPMs. I think that is too high?? When I kill the engine the pressure instantly goes to 0PSI; I also think that is an issue. Are these issues, and does a 2007 have a fuel pressure regulator, I can not find it. There is a sensor connected to the end of the fuel rail, but I think that is the fuel pressure sensor, not a regulator? Not sure?
Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I am getting code P2402, I can reset the CEL and it comes back in a few hours of driving.
I read that code may be caused by a bad gas cap, I replaced the gas cap a few months ago, I think it was a Stant.
