Default 2007 Volvo s40 oil pan

Hello,

This is my first time on this forum so hello everyone. I have a 2007 Volvo s40 and I cracked my oil pan. The oem part is almost 600$ but I can get aftermarket oil pans for way way cheaper. I'm curious if using an aftermarket is safe I don't need a problem with installing it or a month later with it. I feel like I could use aftermarket but I'm trying to get opinions of some people who have experience dealing with them. Anything helps really. Thanks!
