Default 2009 S40 Low Beam Issue?

The low beams in my S40 are not even. The driver's side does not extend as far as the passenger side. When driving at night it looks like a crooked V / step pattern. Is this normal? I find it distracting / difficult to see. The high beams work fine and are even.

The dealership has adjusted the low beams several times but it has not evened out and they have not provided any additional explanation. Thanks.

Adjust them yourself. Grab a long Phillips head screwdriver and adjust them to your liking.

Here in NZ the driver side headlights are required to be set slightly away from the centre line of the road and fractionally lower to avoid glare to oncoming traffic.
