Bleeding the clutch???
I plan on flushing my brake fluid next week, and while I know how to bleed the brakes, I am a bit unsure of how to bleed the clutch.
First of all, WHERE is the bleed valve for the clutch on the slave cylinder for the 6-speed transmissions (2005 S40 T5)?
Tying into that question, is this the CORRECT valve to bleed the clutch from?
Second, what PRESSURE is recommended to use on the pressure bleeder for bleeding the clutch (is 20 PSI ok?) . . .
My concern here is that I have heard of some people trying to bleed their clutch only to have their clutch pedal hit the floor and stay there (complete loss of pressure). Any tips to avoid any "oops" for this process?
Thanks so much to all who can help. . . Detailed answers would be most helpful!
