Default brakes

Hello there!
I have this 1998 s40 (mechanic) that was storage in the dealer's room for almost two years and with 2500 kms in the clock. At this moment we are around 4500 kms and the pedal brake begins to go deeper every time I hit the pedal. It goes deeper very slowly with the first hit, and when I hit the second and third It stays up. No problem with braking distance, but I think it is not normal. Any idea of what is happening.? The level of brake fliud is Ok and I don't see any leakeage inside the wheels.
Thank you.

Hello again
I did bleed the brakes twice. The first one I did not know the bleeding order, then I ask the technician from the dealer and he told me to do the fartest wheel and last the closest wheel. I did it again. But the pedal brake still is going down. Could this be something wrong with the master pump??
Than you very much

If it was bled really good and still drops then most likely it is the master cylinder.

I'm guessing it's that, or the system needs to be flushed after sitting so long (old brake fluid w/ moisture accumulation).

Believe it or not!
Well, after all that time spent bleeding brakes I was feeling kind of frustating. How in the world a car like this would have in bad condition the master cylinder?. So I was angry. The next day I found a street with no cars at all and covered by sand (very fine sand) and wondering if the ABS would work at all, I increased the speed and really hit, I mean really hit the brakes with all of my anger. I did it once, then the second, then the third and then I was feeling happy again. My big surprise: the brakes are working fine by now. (every time I stop at a corner I still wonder what happened)

You got it then Air in the ABS system and when you activated it it released it.
I have seen that before.
