I have a weird problem with my breaks, squeezing it hard but very little action, I suspect the vacuum pump, it's making a strange noise almost all the time, like there is a leak. I m new to Volvo, I have a question, does the pipe from the valve to the intake manifold have to be loose, because mine is, I called the Volvo because I know there was a recall and they said that the pupm, valve and pipes were replaced under the recall. I haven't had anyone look at it yet, the booster rarely fails, or so the dealer tells me.
