Cause of oil leak

Default Cause of oil leak
What could be the cause of Oil inside the air intake tubes and charge pipe

torn diaphram in the oil separator (part of the PCV system)

Would that also cause just a little smoke out the exhaust too

sure if you are getting oil into the intake airflow it can cause smoke.
