co2 issues

Default co2 issues

Hi guys, i have been visiting the forum on and off for a few years now and all the info has been great help so far but a bit stuck at the moment.
i have a 99 S40 1.9T T4 model. i have replaced both co2 sensors but still have codes p0135 and p0141 wich is co2 heater issues! i have checked power to the heaters and all is well. please help

just a quick note, when i drive in the early morning the MIL is off for about 10min or so and comes back on when the car warms up. with my OBDII i can monitor the co2 sensors, they start off with 1v and slowly start to come down to about 0.6-0.8v. is this correct?
