Default dead horn

Hello.
I recently bought an 1998 S40 with only 2500 kms in the clock. It has been storage in the dealer after two years because the previous owner wanted an automatic transmission. It's been a week since I drove my new car but suddenly the horn doesn't work. What is the first thing I have to check?
Thank you
Another one: When I turn the wheel at a corner and had previously moved the stick for the turn signal light, and then the wheel come straight but the turning light is still working and I have to move it by myself : what do I have to check?

Check the fuse for the horn first. Then check for power at the horn.

Is the steering wheel straight. If it is then the signal switch is most likely bad.

I had the same problem with the indicator and it needed a new switch. It was about $200 from Volvo from memory. I've got a new one spare that I didn't use, but I guess you're not in Australia?

Sorry about not reply to your message on time. Yes, I am not in Australia. I live in Honduras, Central America. And thank you for your time.
