So my 2011 s40 is randomly throwing this at me. It comes on for a second or so then it goes off while I'm driving but doesn't affect the mechanical parts of the car also happens when the vehicle is stationary and I rev the engine. IT also seems to reset the climate control and is affecting the stereo display which flickers constantly and when the 'brake failure' shows on the dash the stereo goes off. Getting low beam bulb failure though I'm not sure if that's a fuse or if it has popped both my halogens.

i've had the glove compartment fuse box out and emptied it for a hoover and clean out but it hasn't made a difference..

any ideas?

You need to do a OBD (on board diagnostic) check to see the codes and then report back , sound like a bad electrical connection
