Neither is turbo.. but the harnesses are different.. the bsck door seems the same.. does anybody have diagrams so i.can cut and splice the wires myself? If the door will even fit the same that is...thank you for any responses

 

I've swapped doors (though not on a Volvo) before. In the end, it's usually easier to just swap out the "different bits" inside the door than to try to find the exact configuration.

If the body style is the same, the door should be mechanically identical. Any differences would have to be limited to just the switches / controls, and why not just swap them between the doors (old switches / controls into the "new" door)?
