hey guys. so i got my car tuned and after i noticed that the computer resets itself randomly. ill get in the car and the radio asks for the code, the trip odometer is reset and my clock is back at 12:00. it happens like once a month. battery and alternator are ok as far as i can tell with voltage. about to check battery terminals. anything else it could be?

 

Sounds like a power interruption. I'd suspect the battery or cables. The ECU doesn't control the clock.

 

cool thanks! ill check the cables and see if i cant tighten things up a little bit. hopefully its just a loose ground. also noticed my power locks started taking a few pushes on the button of the key to work.
