I've never been on a forum before but regardless.. I've got a 2006 volvo s40 2.4i, my exaust is basically Swiss cheese from the flex pipe back.. so I was going to get the majority of it replaced with aftermarket parts.. It is an 06 so I wanted to delete the catilitac converter.. I know that much, I don't know very much when it comes to exausts but I was THINKING getting a straighter pipe in place of the CAT, mabye X pipes.. I was thinking. I know the stock system has 2 mufflers on it.. would it be stupid to remove the rear and center muffler too?? Or should I keep one. Clearly I'm very lost and that's why I'm here for opinions on this project! I'm looking for a deeper rumble opposed to what an 04 civic sounds like ****ting down the block going 25 LOL. If anybody has some useful tips or info please let me know!
