After much irritation from wet feet and no help from searching online (as I don't have a sunroof), I think I've find my leak. There seems to be a gaping hole where there ought to be a grommet. I stuck a flashlight in it to see where it came through. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement? Part number perhaps? There are no dealerships near me, unfortunately. I have a 2001 S40.

Worst case, goop it up with RTV silicone or Flex Tape.
