Default fuel cut off switch

Is there a fuel cut off switch on my 2002 volvo, if there is where can it be located and would this stop power from getting to the fuel pump?

They don't have a fuel cutoff like that.

Are you testing for power when you first turn the key on or with the engine cranking?

If you turn the key on it only powers for about 3 seconds then stops till the engine is cranked over.

testing on both (when switched on and also when cranking) no power reading. The fuel gauge is responding though, is this possible when the there is no power getting to the pump.? Is there any other explanation why there is no power as i have checked all fuses and relays and swopped the a/c relay with the engine system relay as the engine system relay wasn't clicking when the key was turned but when i swopped them it did click but still didn't solve the problem. I now have the relays back to the way they were and it they are all clicking again , strange i think. Everything else electrical is working apart from getting fuel to the engine.

I will have to see if I can dig up a diagram and look through it. I will try to do it tonight or first thing in the morning.

Ok here is what I found sorry took so long but it is confusing. They only show the Biofuel system with the fuel pump relay.
The EMS2000 turbo system they say doesn't have one.
But 2/31 is the pump relay if you have one it is in the fuse box under the hood
6/13 is the fuel pump

sorry have been away for a couple of days, thanks for the car's electrical system diagram, but have checked everything and everything is sound. I've had to get a diagnostics report done and the reading was faulty camshaft sensor, so have to wait a couple of days for the new one and i will keep you posted as to what the outcome is ok, thanks again.
