!!!!! HELP !!!! volvo 850 t5 fuel cut off problem
Hi i have a 1995 volvo 850 t5 (2.0l turbo not the 2.3 or 2.5). I have installed a MBC, 3" intercooler pipes (the original ones just keeps blowing up
), high flow air filter, dump valve. Every time then i push the throtle down hardly and keep it in 14-15psi boost, after a few seconds the engine or the ecu cuts the fuel off. Any ideas what might be wrong? It's relly frustrating
i tried lowering it to lower boost levels but always the same result, it just cuts off. Help please...

15.5 PSI is the fuel cutoff. You need to drop the boost down to about 12 or 13 PSI.
I am running 14 on my car but when it gets cold or chilly here I have to drop it more or I will hit fuel cutoff.

If you are going to be running that much boost even with a tune it would be a really good idea to install a wide band setup to watch Air fuel ratio's.
I have one in mine I am on the rich side but waiting to get a good tune have not finished all the mods I am going to do. I want it tuned for all the mods.
