So I realized that my fuel door lock is not latching on my 01 s40. The lock works, however, the lock pin does not come out far enough to latch the door shut. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what was the cure.

likely the latch is sticky. check out the vid to inspect from inside the trunk.
