Default fuel pressure not holding

good day everyone! i have a 2005 s40 2.4i, 135k miles. with koeo 41psi. at idle 55psi and fluctuating. i got new fuel injectors, new fuel pump assembly, changed the pem still same po300 misfire. two more fuel pump, no change. turn car off within 15 seconds goes from 55psi to19psi. i understand that psi should be 69psi koeo then 55psi at idle. i changed the fuel and blew out the lines. car was running fine until i did a compression test on it which were between 105 and 115psi after wet test. any input is appreciated. love my volvo and don't want to get rid of it.
