Fuel Rail Polishing in 01

Has anyone polished their fuel rail? i have done the back circle on the block and induction pipe and a few other pipes, that's it.

No Im planning on replacing it with the plastic one which is on the 03-04 models.Even then I will wrap it into insulation to keep the fuel as cold as possible so there is no point for me to polish it.
