Does anyone know if there's a mod that would incorporate the larger emblem from the newer (2008+) S40s? Are the grilles interchangeable, or would the emblem or emblem and blade fit somehow?

Any suggestions welcome.

 

The grill is not interchangeable. There are a few guys on SS that have mounted the larger emblem in the grill but that was with out the slash. Try picking up a grill from the newer S40 and pull it apart and see what you can come up with.

 

Yeah, the emblem is bigger, and I believe the slash is thicker as is the framing around the newer grille. I really like that look. I know the emblem and grille are sold separately from the grille. Does anyone know if anyone's had succeed mounting the two on the older grille?
