Hey guys i'm new to the forum and my 05 S40 2.4. I have two questions. I am looking to upgrade my terrible halogen low beams to 55w hid's. My low beams come on automatically i was wondering if this causes a problem with hid's. Anyone who has done this i would really appreciate some input. Thanks Charlie

i read through that thread and am quite confused. Electrical is far from my strong point. I dont quite get why the HID's affect the wiper motor even if you ground them to the chassis. And as far as the BOW i think i can live with it im not crazy particular with it. my regular service due warning pops up everytime i start the car but it doesnt bother me because i know i just did it.
