I assume you have no Warranty left?

You might need to remove the Light assembly and take the light apart to dry it out.
Then make sure it is sealed good.

Moisture= Air leak.

To adjust you should have a spot on the back to use a Phillips Screw driver to adjust.

I have the same problem. There is moisture / condensation in one of the 2 headlights. I recently had removed the plastic cap to try to replace a bulb.

Does anyone have a good idea as to how to fix this problem. Maybe remove the cap and let it air out, making sure that it is a nice and hot, dry day (and obviously not drive the car with the cap removed)? I assume the problem was that I didn't replace the cap properly, but maybe it was something else.

Thanks

Default Not really your fault..

Mine also have some "fog" on both headlights when the day is humid..

Tech,
i don't get when you tell that's because of air as these headlights are not "sealed beam" shouldn't they let air in anyway ? Can you please ellaborate on that ? I would expect that some air would be trapped and those headlights would have some air flow ( even mininmal) inside them..

Regards,

Moisture accumulates in the headlights if you take your car often at a car wash. It is much more wiser to wash your car on your own.
