Hey everyone,
I own a 2004 volvo V40 2.0 and it has starting and idling issues. The car has problems when starting both cold and warm. When i try starting the car it instantly dies after and when adding about 25% throttle it will start after about 3 to 4 tries. When it finally runns she idles at about 2700 rpm's, they will eventually drop in 2 stages first to 1400 ish and after that it tries to drop to under 1k but it instantly dies when she does. I have replaced the fuel filter today thinking it might be the issue but that has changed nothing, because it still seems like she is hardly getting fuel or getting way to much fuel at the low rpm's. Ive also already replaces the idle air controle valve. Does anyone have any idea's on what it might be?
