A little worrying!

So i noticed this when it's really cold, I'm talking -15 to 20 F. If I am going somewhere and I pull up to a light, my idle drops to maybe 300-500 and the wheel vibrates a lot, but then when I come to a full stop, it smooths out at ~700 after a few seconds. It also happens when I'm turning. I just put ina cold air intakeso I don't know if that would do anything? It only happens when it's really cold out.
It was -15F this morning and now it's 1F and now my idle drops almost to the first notch. Anyone?
I get some vibration at every RPM too, but mostly I notice at idle, even though I just had my right front engine mount replaced. A lot when I first start going somewhere and the RPM's are high, but then it smooths out and starts doing that low thing I explained above.
It's quite worrying and I don't want to have to take it in to the dealer again!
I am about do for an oil change if that makes a difference?
Any ideas?

The dealer said they checked all mounts. And I assumed they would have cleaned the throttle body when I had my throttle cable replaced? Could I clean the throttle body and/or idle motor? How much would the dealer charge?
Or maybe it could just be normal when it's -15F?

I doubt they cleaned it then.
It is pretty easy I think you can handle it. For the throttle body you need to remove the hose and either spray lightly with the carb cleaner and wipe it out or spray the rag and wipe it out.
The idle motor is held on by 2 screws. But I would get a new gasket to be safe.
Not sure if it is Normal either since I am in Fla. This year the lowest temp we have seen at my house was about 30 degrees.

Wow! 30F sounds good! It was 36F this morning and I didn't have any problems so I think it may just be -15F weather is hard on cars! Vibration is almost nonexistent now! We'll see, I'm due for my 90k service so in the Spring when I have to take it to the dealer I may have them check a few things.
Thanks!
Thanks!
