Exclamation Look what i found! 2000-2004 s40 intake

So since i don't like just buying kit's and after lots of googling look what i found!!

They have this for a couple of different engines, i'm guessing that the 2.0 is actually the 1.9T North American spec. And am wondering if this would work.

The 2.0 looks a little different but it might work.
The induction hose on the 2.0 goes to the front of the motor. The 1.9 goes to the back of the motor.

Why would you want to open your air intake to hot under hood air? The filter box in the 1.9L turbo has a cold air tube that runs to the front of the car.

Update: Kept the tube and bottom of the airbox, now holds the cone filter with a heat shield. Soon going to run a pipe like the one in the prints and finish it. Sounds amazing.
