Not sure how good it will work with the S40 computer system.
But to have it hooked up correctly you will need to install the MBC between the compressor hose and the waste gate hose.
Before you do that though I would make sure you have an aftermarket boost guage connected so you do not over boost and harm the engine.

up to 14-15 psi the ecu wiil fit the air\fuel automaticly without remap\chip

the question was which one of the hose in the lower pic i need to connect to the boost sensor?
the red or the blue?

from what i reed its worth a shot
S70driver-
In theory yes it will. However what people don't understand about our Volvo's 1999+ is that the software system doesn't like MBC's and it likes to retard the boost that you upped it to with the MBC. Not saying that it will, but it is a potential thing

I need your help guys..
I install the mbc and everything seems fine at the begining but now
when i accelerate from 0-100 in second gear at 4000 rpam +-
70-80 km/h the boost go up to about 13-14 psi and then the car start to stuttering for 2-3 seconds something like this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QIR0xiCooro
only in my case its happen in second gear..
can it be related to the mbc??
because i have this problem before and i fix it with new plugs (before 6000 km)
but now after i install the mbc its back again
what do you think?

no.. no light.
everything seems normal exept for this and the cumputer thet stop showing me how mach fuel i am using.
when i had this problem before i didn't know what cause it so i change the coils and wires and after thet the plugs thet solve the problem. so iam guessing its not the wires or the coils. any chance is the mbc itself causing it?
thenks for the quick response.

There is a learning time for the computer.....It will bog down on you the first few times you go to WOT...Drive around normal for like ten minutes or more, then do several full throttle runs see if it gets better.
It might take a whole day of driven' to get the ECU to learn.
I dont think they are related.
