VOLVO S40 2.0 DIESEL HDI Please help I got a P0091 fault code fuel pressure control valve signal low ,car does not start also checked my fuses replaced fuel filter checked for any broken wires.diesel is coming out bit weak through injector pipes.i checked the top sensor on my hp pump and it I opening and closing ,not so sure about the bottom sensor on my hp pump
