Default Navigation Maps won’t accept any disks…

I have tried only what I can do. I start the car, use the remote to turn on the unit. The screen pops open and reads INSERT DISK. I open the glovebox and slide down the front part of the player. Two little green lights come on. I go to insert a disk and it’ll only go halfway in if I force it. Something is preventing the disk to go any further. It’s not another disk stuck in the unit I don’t think. All the Nav Maps disks are in their case and accounted for. The remote works fine, but there isn’t a ejection button on it. There’s not much I can do. I’ve search as much as I could on the internet. I’m wondering if somebody out there know a thing or two about how to fix this problem. I know it’s a common issue with these particular cars. I’m just surprised I haven’t found the solution on the internet already. Thanks to all.
