I have 06 S40 T5 AWD.

1. I just lost key and I am thinking to buy one of those keys from ebay(showing same FCC code. I don't know if that is important or not) and any of you know how to re programming to fit on my car? dealer on my site refuse to do that so....I have to find my way out.

2. For the memory seat, when adjut your seat and programe it then when you come back and use the same remote key to open it suppose to automatically adjust for you right? what about the mirror? I thought they are adjust as well as user setting... because mine only does seat...not the mirror. (I saw the S40 commercial and it does adjust both seat and mirror)
