Default OBD reader triggered anti-skid message

Hello,
I just bought an ELM327 WIFI unit. I plugged it into the car and used OBD Doctor on my iPhone to get readings. While I was doing this, the "Anti Skid Service Required" message popped up on the dash. I turned the car off, removed the ELM327, started the car, and the message was gone. Anybody encounter this? Could it be possible that the OBD scan triggered the message?

Did you figure this out? I was thinking of buy the WIFI and phone app as well. Maybe not if it does what it did to your car.

The anti-skid message might have been unrelated. I don't know. I haven't used OBD Doctor since. Instead, I bought OBD Fusion, which works except Instantaneous MPG on the car display seems way off when the app is running. Interesting that it can affect the car's display. Anyway, Fusion is nice. Shows calculated Boost, MAF, and acceleration parameters. I'm going to get a suction mount for the iPhone and maybe upgrade the ELM 27 to a better (USA/Euro made) product. I'm just leery of cheap Chinese devices.
