Oxygen Sensor
I'm getting a code for the rear O2 sensor. Question is, do I really need to get the bosch?
Anyone have experience using a generic sensor that works for the 2005 S40?
I understand that the bosch are direct OEM but there are 'generics' out there that could do the job also.
Need advice on the generics is you have used them.

I always thought the Bosch was the generic one.
You find it everywhere and for fairly cheap. It's what I used on my 2001. I bet the rebranded ones the dealer sells are made by Bosch. (Like Johnson Controls makes batteries for everyone but with a different brand name) Even my Innovate LC-1 wide-band O2 sensor is made by Bosch.
