Does anyone know of a performance chip that i can get for my 2009 S40 2.4 non turbo that will increase horsepower and gas mileage ?

It is actually possible. The tunes usually take some of the slop out of the factory calibrations and they run more efficiently... unless you romp on the gas of course. I have heard several folks report better fuel economy after a tune.

Now on the topic of a tune for the 2.4i... I had seen one but the benefits were meager and the price was high. It is actually a "SoftLoader" and not a chip. I'll see if I can dig up the link later.

Since your non turbo, why not go for custom fuel remap? Much cheaper than a internet soft-loader.
