Not a lot out there compared to other models. First thing is to find an ECU tune. Google for info on RICA, BSR, Speedtuning USA, Upsolute and some distributors like Viva Performance. Second would be to consider upgrading to a 14T turbo. These can be found used off of some S60 models and will fit with some repositioning of the flange or you can rebuild your 12T turbo and install the impeller/compressor wheels from a 14. The 14T plus a mild ECU tune will give you the equivalent of a T4 engine - 200+ HP with factory reliability. Next would be to see if you can find a 3 inch downpipe - or consider having one made. After that, if you have more $$ you can go free flow exhaust, bigger intercooler, stouter blow off valve etc. Somewhere before the massive $$ drop on the shiny bits you may also want to look for a rear anti-sway bar kit and perhaps a brake kit. If you have 15 inch OEM rims, you can go to the 16 inch OEMs or aftermarket 17s. I did the 16 inch OEMs purchased from Hubcaphaven.com
