Hey everyone
I am considering buying an 01 Volvo S40, 1.9 turbo automatic. It has 77k miles, and seems to be running fine "according" to the seller. Anyways, I wanted to see if anyone could give me some advice on whether I should or not. With my past cars Ive had bad tranny problems, and dont want another POS. Anyways if ANYONE has any advice I would really appreciate it!

did you do a VIN check? Does the seller have service records on the car? Did he keep in it tip top shape? How does it drive?

 

They are nice cars and have a nice ride. I would really recomend it. The only down fall is when something goes bad its a hassle to buy parts and even fix it.
