Hi,

I just got in a fender bender with my 2000 Volvo and need to look for the following parts:

Front hood and latching apparatus
Both front headlights
A/C Condenser
Radiator
Front Bumper

I was just curious if anyone knows for a fact if any of the first generation s40 parts will apply for my 2000 volvo or if I have to make sure to source parts from another 2000 or before model.

Ouch. Sorry to hear. I would try looking up the parts for the 2000 model on
Search 2003 Volvo V40 Auto Parts=

Then do the same thing for a subsequent year - if part # is same, you should be good to go.

 

Where are you at? My buddy is parting his 02. Some suspension changed over but a lot of what you listed should be swappable up to 2003 or 2004.5.
