Default Power point help

Ok need more help here, the power point in the front of the car has failed, it's been like this since I started working on the car sig other thinks a coin may have caused the failure and I'm thinking fuses, question is where's the fuse box at, I can't seem to locate it in the usual place on this car under dash in front. It it located else where or what else can/should I check?

The 2004.5+ models have the interior fuse panel under the passenger side.

Not much help but looks like:

Mine is a 2001 however checking the engine bay fuse box it has a fuse labeled "interior fuse panel" so I believe there is one inside the car, where should it be, I checked under the dash on both driver and pass side and don't seem to see one any whrere, is it possible that I need to remove the driver map panel/box/tray thing to get to it?

yes, remove the map tray and the lower cover will come with it. You''ll see a 4"square fuse box with a silver label on the cover on the left side behind the ECM. Just pull the cover off and you'll see the fuses.

Ok, I did as suggested, all fuses related are good still, so I'm thinking something else could be going on, what else should I check? I am hoping I don't have to tear into the console as that would be a small issue at the moment

The center console comes out in a matter of minutes. Not difficult at all. You will also find the SRS computer under there.

Remove the rubber mat under the radio
Remove the gear selector panel by pressing in the lugs
Set the parking brake
Remove the screw cover in the bottom of the center storage area (under your elbow)
Remove 2 screws in bottom of center storage area
Remove 2 screws holding front of center section to gear selector section.
Pull center section up at the front edge by gear selector
Remove power connector
