i have volvo s40 2000.
my car doesnt start the alarm when its shaked,but the the inside sensor is working .... ???!!!
...
some one says ..may be the problem by the metal prong on bonnet lock ..but i checked it ...and still not working ....

Hi Black, welcome to VolvoForums.

The alarm is NOT suppose to alert when the car is shaken, only when broken into.

Back when I had a 740, I did install a shake sensor in the system. Worked fine for several years. It failed and I had to disconnect it.

Some people install an additional system to cover things the oem system does not.
