rear fog lights

rear fog lights

only 1 of 4 are working. bulbs are good. any idea what to check? its a 2010.

It's a connection issue... Check under your trunk.... You may have to remove some of the fabric..... If you see frayed wires as such there is your problem....

after doing some research i found there is only 1 that is supposed to work but why is there 4 bulbs, 2 on each side. im in the US.

There should be one bulb for the rear fog light, 2 for the brake lights and 2 for the tail lights. At least that's the way it was in my '05 S40.

Take pics of what bulbs you're talking about.

The cars are built for world wide distribution. There is only 1 rear fog light, helps people know the difference between brake lights and fog light. You likely have 4 tail lights, 3 brake lights, and 1 fog light.

Any way to activate the second fog light?
