Refrigerant Amount

Hello,

I just installed a new A/C compressor and filter dryer on my 2007 S40. I need to know how many pounds of refrigerant to put back in to the system. Please advise.

The amount should be on a tag under the hood.

I just fill til the bubbles in the sight glass disappear.

Thanks for the reply. I am unable to locate a tag anywhere on this vehicle. I have no idea where to look for a sight glass either. However I did stumble across in the owners manual where it mentions the system having 1.2 pounds of R134a in it. Not sure how reliable that is though.
