I'm having trouble getting the flasher relay out. I can get my fingers around the top and left side but it doesn't want to come out. I've tried to lever with a flat screw driver but only have access from the left and don't want to break anything. Is there a plastic clip or something holding it in place? There's a 45 deg brace blocking access that doesn't seem to come out. I've taken off purple nuts. Please tell me I don't need to remove dash to get at this module (yellow).

 

Never mind. I managed to work it loose. Hopefully I can get it back again.

 

I ended up going the cheap way and sanded the contact points and the silver plug contacts of the flasher relay. So far so good.
