Default Rough Idle low RPM's

Off to the next problem... 2006 s40 2.4i with little over 132k miles. Had a "system running lean" condition that has been taken care off. (Lower intake manifold gasket was bad) however the car runs rough in idle. No CEL no issues driving just seems to be little rough and the RPM's are around 650-700. I have replaced a few things on the engine so far..
- new PCV oil trap and hoses
- new air intake gaskets
- new MAF sensor
- new MAP senspor
- cleaned the trottle body
- new Vacuum pump

I do have a new fuel rail sensor that I never replaced..

Tahnks

Also worth mentioning is I read somewhere to do a glow test over the oil plug. When I did that it sucked my glow in. Please see picture

Now I forgot, I was once told tat there should never be positive pressure in the crank case, what about negative pressure? When I remove the dip stick, the engine starts to make a hissing sound.

so I tried a vacuum pressure test but I can barely get the gauge moving. I was performing this test through the dip stick tube

car not running

Engine normal operating temperature (running)

I am not sure if this is a big deal or not but just wanted to throw this out there.

Thank you

Just found out that I have a hairline crack in my exhaust manifold. New one is on order and will look into it over the weekend. More updates to come..
